Have used the geek squad for issues with my laptop. Would not purchase any electronics or technology without purchasing this service.

I was allowed to exchange my television; however, I was not happy with the policy for larger televisions. Customer service insisted that a technician would come to my home to check to see what was wrong. I have a choose as to who I allow into my home and I did not appreciate feeling pressured to allow them to come. I requested a refund because they were unrelenting.

Worry free purchase when you add the extended warranty, the best in the industry.

best TV for the price. took me white to learn voice command remote. but it works great.

Having ease of mind on my products in case of an accident or faulty equipment is great!

Haven't had to use this service on my recently purchased TV bit I've used it in the past on my Beats by Dre Box and they replaced it; no questions asked. Definitely a must have.

Purchased as added protection for a 65” Quantum tv. Haven’t had to use yet and hoping I don’t have to, but you never know.
