I love this coverage! If anything happens to my tv in these 2 years they can fix or change it.

Have not had to call them yet but have heard great things that they do go above and beyond to help so that's reassuring.

very good tv, easy to install, picture looks very good, sound is very good for me, very thin.

I always get the geek squad protection plan. If something goes wrong theres no worries. They have always repaired or replaced anything Ive put the protection on with no hassles.

Great TV for the price you cannot beat it anywhere

It gives great peace of mind to know that the geek sqad will respond to my home if I need repair for my large tv under the 5 year protection plan. Price is reasonable.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

Got this to be safe for this cheap tv. I have not had any issues at this time.

I highly recommend purchasing Geek Squad Protection on your new television purchases. Best Buy employs very talented, knowledgeable people and offers the best customer service.

of course Bestbuy Has the best service Protection plan bar none.I always get the 5 year plan so i can renew it at or near 5 years
