What's there to say about Geek Squad?! It's a great service for a great price. I wouldn't be without them.

I usually never buy a service plan but I did with the purchase of my new television. It's for "just in case". Hopefully I will never need to use it and if I do it was worth the price!

Havent used them yet but I have in the past great service

This was a five year warranty package that includes damage coverage from a lightning strike, which is what terminated the TV the new purchase replaced. I hope I do not have to use this coverage so I could provide a more thorough rating. I did have a problem with the new TV, but it was within a year of purchase, so Geek Squad protection told me I needed to process my claim through the original manufacturer warranty plan.

Have used the Geek Squad in the past Always received courteous respectful knowledgeable service Any issues that I have had were always resolved to my satisfaction

Very helpful and as my tv still under 2 year warranty just got new one to replace old one well worth it

Fast and easy. Bought with my other tv and was replaced fast no issues

The agents came out to my home to see if there was a problem with my television. As well they came out to my home to help me find a replacement tv and delivered my new tv.

We purchased a 5 year warranty for our new LG TV. The original TV we bought had really bad pixel burn on the screen, and the 2 year warranty really saved us. We purchased the 5 year warranty for the new TV we traded for with hopes that the TV outlives it's warranty. The cost of $30 for 5 years is worth the cost, especially if something happens to the TV.

Glad i got this with a tv purchase, bought a dishwasher a few months later and got free install and haul away of old dishwasher They did send a contractod to install it, they put a screw through my counter top

Haven't had the need to use this service, but it's always good to have that extra safety net.

I don't usually buy protection plans because it's better sometimes to buy a new product most times it becomes an upgrade.However money was tight, so Geek squad came to the house, did an evaluation and gave us store credit for a new TV .

Haven’t had any problems with my TV.. yet but if I do I will love to see what it covers I’m sure it’s very worth it you never know what could happen

Geek squad installed my television flawlessly and was very professional throughout the entire process.

Can't go wrong with 5 year protection once 4 years is up in your TV or whatever electronic is outdated throw hammer through it and then boom you have yourself a newly replaced updated top A-line item that you don't even have to pay money for just get a new insurance
