The warranty is a MUST!!! Just the thought of being covered for everything i buy at BEST BUY. The customer service is GRAND! Fast Friendly service with the attitude.

We're so happy we purchased Geek Squad coverage. They were easy to schedule, prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable and efficient. We are so inept in anything electronic, but they explained how to use the new TV and music setup in terms we can understand.

Always protect your technology, you never know if you got a lemon or the product goes out before your protection ends. Geek squad will be there to assist, and they have great customer service.

Havent had to use it. Hopefully I never do. Its good to have some protection for mass produced chromebooks that your kid has to have for school

The Geek Squad 5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection is a must with all electronic purchases. I have not utilized the plan, but it's peace of mind knowing that our purchases are covered for the unexpected. There was no deductible only coverage at the fullest.
