Need if you are getting something electronic for a young one or and open box item.

Haven't used this yet probably never will but it's a good thing to have just in case

Manager was very informative at the store in helping me to choose this service plan.

We purchased the extra protection for our new TV, not because we thought it would ever be used, but because we wanted peace of mind “just in case.” It’s a great product and will be there for us in the unlikely event we would ever need it.

Geeks are always happy to help with whatever the issue is. Even if it wasn’t a problem but just my lack of knowledge. Super awesome service!

I feel grat about having this product for added protection agains accidents

I don't always get warranties, but for as little as this cost to cover my 32" TV it is well worth it. 42 cents a month to cover it for 5 years, and if something does go wrong, I just have to bring it back to any Best Buy and they have all the info!

You can never go wrong with a product like this this is my second one and I have no complaints

Have not needed to use them but I have seen their vehicles on the road a lot and ads.

Have not had to use this yet but hope it will be nice if my product goes bad

My previous TV had a problem in less than 2 years. The manufacturer only covered 1 year. Trying to get it repaired was too expensive. This 5 year protection plan is worth it in case something goes wrong.

I haven’t used it yet and hopefully I won’t have too. But I know they will do there job when it come to giving me good service !!

I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad protection on my large screen TV for an Airbnb unit. I thought the cost was reasonable and the Geek Squad provides me with confidence that any problems can receive immediate online attention & service. Worth it.

Highly recommend purchasing this extra coverage. Makes perfect sense if and when anything were to go wrong with my new tv after the original warranty expires.

Being covered is worth it especially when you don’t have to cone out if your pocket spending to much money

This is an item that is hard to review, if the product is great you’ll never need the support. If you have a problem that’s when you need the support, my experience in the past has always been good.

Delivery was on time. Agent let me posted so we could meet at the delivery time and not waste my day. Efficient and courteous. Informed me that if we have any issues he would return to correct details

This is something I always buy with buying a TV just in case something happens to the TV
