They are always so helpful and willing to take the time to really figure out whats wrong with a product ans send ya home happy. (: i get protection on every item i buy from bestbuy. I love that they offer it

I almost always throw on a warranty because you just never know when it'll save you money in the long run.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

Got this to protect the expensive fridge I had to buy hopefully it won't break after the plan like everything else that I decide to buy.

The agent set up the gaming equipment and improved WiFi performance. Tested all devices before leaving the premises. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable!

I would recommend the 5 year protection plan, especially if you have young children. It basically protects you against almost any AND everything

Installed it myself and the biggest obstacles were removal from the bed of my truck and unpacking it.
