It is nice to know if something goes south on tech or products, the Geek Squad will be there. Peace of mind is priceless.

I almost always buy the extended warranty when I buy anything major though I have never had to use it through best buy (knocks on wood) I have friends who have, and they have nothing but good things to say.

Have not needed to use this yet. Hope I don't ever need it but have it because I had another $1200 TV that lasted about a year and seven months before it stopped working and no extended warranty.

Geek squad protection plans are the best specially if you are making a big investment for your home. Best service that you can buy and it comes with loyalty.

The geek squad did a great job with the install. They showed up on time and did their job in a timely manner. They made sure that everything was done properly.

The protection is mediocre, and dosnt cover a lot of things, you don’t get a choice of replacement, even if you spend 5000 on a tv, you get the equivalent to the tv spec(wich could be next years 200$ tv,)

I purchased the 2 year Geek squad protection plan, for the tv therefore if there are any issues they will come out and address and fix them.

Purchased service because home computers had been hacked. Service was helpful and reassuring and timely and professes appropriate support for the future. Also assuring. Good deal re: price and promises.
