I purchased a 5 year warranty and the geek squad were top notch

Love my new 55" Insignia Smart TV. I'm enjoying watching TV shows & movies in my living room. Great picture quality!

This was a good price. Haven't used this yet but I have heard really good things about the Geek squad. If when I use it anything changes I will rewrite my review

Fast, great, professional, super service. Tech arrive and found my issue and was resolved the same day.

I won’t worry about things going awry. My Mother would be sad if something went wrong without help available without a charge.

Just got it so havent used it yet. But having extra protection after the dud vizios i had in the past it definitely is worth it.

My son loves his tv. It was easy to set up. The picture quality is great and the tv is loud withiut a sound bar. Great television for the price.

These guys are amazing. The warranty is well worth the cost. They have came out and evaluated and determined our last TV was to be replaced at full original cost.

Purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty for the Insignia 42” TV. Good price for the extended warranty.

It is great, its good for 2 years warranty. Nice.

The geek squad protection plan is really nice for stuff like a big tv, because if anything were to go wrong, than you want to make sure and have insurance to cover it.

My sales person was amazing and explained everything. I will buy again from them

I think this is a great value for money, Although i haven't use it yet. I am rest assured that if the need comes up i am surely covered.

They cover everything except accidental damage. Understandable for their risk involved but this as is is still a good value. $80 for 5 years extended manufacturers warranty is still great. If they can't fix it then they will replace it.

The agents mounted my tv and connected everything.

Buying new technology seems to come with some risk and a $2500 TV is not something I was willing to risk. The extended warranty gives me piece of mind knowing that if something breaks, Best Buy will take care of it for me.

I love this protection because they have taken care of any issues that came up
