I haven't had to use the protection plan, but it's coverage is robust and puts my worries at ease.

This is a pretty, good protection that I used for my new PC setup

not a huge fan of insurance but my salesperson made is such an easy decision to purchase

The reason for the 4 stars is because of all the problems trying to set up the appointment to come out and install the Tv. I purchased a 55” smart tv. The installation appointment was changed 3 times. Other than that the service was great!!

Honestly can’t go wrong with the Protecrion Plan and the Geek Squad!

We buy this on every TV we buy. Hopefully we won't need it on the new TV! We did use it on our previous TV The Geek squad spent a couple of hours trying to find out what was wrong. Once they figured it out, they fixed it quickly. Very efficient!

we have not had to call them yet. We did on a previous device and they fixed it promptly at no cost

Excellent help but sometimes there is a long waiting period for service to be completed.

I'm an electronic dummy. I'm still stuck in the 70's and 80's. Like an old Hippy. This Insignia Fire TV I purchased leaves me in Awe. I am so happy with it it works great

The fact that the Geek Squad plan covers so much for so long and the cost is so little for what its worth, it would be crazy not to purchase this deal! 5 years > 2 years the payment comparison will tell you all you need to know!

I would always recommend geek squad protection its the best they always take care of me good value

Bought the warranty with our last TV and it died. So glad we did. No questions asked, repair or replace and you get to keep on trucking. Happy to buy the same protection on our new TV!

I haven't had to use the Geek coverage I got for my new TV, so that is good. I haven't had anybody I know tell me, "Boy, I sure am thankful that I got that Geek coverage for my item!", but I have to be fair and also say I've never heard any say it was a waste of money. I was a bit baffled that they don't give you anything other than the receipt to explain what I was buying and we all know how some receipts fade with age to a point that they're unreadable. I have spoken with the Geek department about other matters and they were helpful even if the item I had issues with did not have coverage, and I appreciate that.....big time!

Great protection love it I had this protection with a previous TV and they replaced it with no problem. Excellent service.

Comes in handy when ya need it would get again in the future.
