Great prices, professional support, good customer service!

After spending over a grand on a 55 inch Sony Oled tv, the 5 year protection is a MUST HAVE for added peace of mind. This gives you an additional 4 years after the 1 year manufacturer's warranty expires. To me, this was a "no brainer" and since the TV was on sale with 900 dollars off the MSRP, the 5 year plan even cost me less.

I like buying the extended warranties on electronics it gives me an extended piece of mind that if my product had a problem in the future The Geek squad has my back.

When buying ANY electronics it's always good to purchase the extended accidental warranty!! Better to be safe than sorry, right?? I have spent many of Thousands of dollars through BestBuy and I've ALWAYS gotten protection plans on every product I've purchased. Lets face it, accidents happen and BestBuy has always, literally, covered ALL of my products that have had accidents and I've never had an issue with them replacing the products per the agreements! I NEVER buy something expensive (or not expensive) without an accidental plan. EVER! It's a cheap and must have option in m opinion!

I buy protection plans on all of our TVs and computers and have used them on both. Best Buy doesn’t mess around and takes care of things if there is a problem. This is the only company I buy protection plans from because of this. No headaches and hassle free.

This very much helps a lot when you have big purchases. You need to protect your products at all times and geek. Squad protection is very helpful.

I am hoping this Geek Squad Protection is a lot better than Allstate's. It wouldn't take much to be better than Allstate. I like that the Geek Squad is part of Best Buy and not some corporate insurance company that is far away and difficult to contact. With the Geed Squad I can go right to the store and start the process with actual human beings.

Always nice to have the option for help if something goes wrong! Haven’t needed it yet (fingers crossed) but best to always cover yourself just in case with these big purchases!

When i bought the C1 LG OKED tv i knew that ill need a protection plan cover for avoid any future inconvenience. So i bought it. Im not have any problem with the tv buy one never knows. Is a great option and very necessary.

I gave a 3 because the genetleman that I talked to was cordial. I decided to call due to a defect on the ethernet port on my 35" TV. This service is not convenient if you are not close to the store. To use their services, you have to take the merchandise to the store. For customers that are more than an hour away, not convenient. Will not purchase the geek squad plan again.

Great and helpful. Knowledgeable and friendly. If you have questions they have answers. If they don’t have an answer they’ll look into it.

I'm so happy that we got this protection plan. Geek Squad knows what they're doing and is always reliable. With a crazy cat who loves bird videos, our getting this for our TV was a must.

5 years of protection is a must! Especially if you're buying expensive OLED TVs

Just got my new tv. Was using an older 1 given to me and it went out. I made sure to buy the protection plan so if something happened I knew I'd be covered for any help I'd needed!!
