Fantastic tv, picture quality is amazing. Very easy setup

Hopefully it pays off. Sometimes it's a gamble and your stuff actually lasts as long as appliances and TV's use to last.

Geek squad sent a technician right away, technician had inspected the tv and could not repair the issue said it was a defect so recommended a refund or replacement, I had no issues with receiving a new replacement, thank you Geek Squad.

I feel that the geek squad is better than any warranty. Just contact them and your issue is handled quickly.

I purchased this for a little peace of mind. Because the oled tv is a little more expensive I didn't want to have to worry about any problems that might pop up.

If you get a chance to take advantage of this within the first 2yrs after purchase, then you'll be golden. Sadly most electronics seemed to be programmed to fail within 24hrs after any insurance, protection, warranty, etc. have expired lol

They are really attentive and the support they give is very clear.

They helped me find out the Fubo is incompatible with my TV..they actually got me in touch with the manufacturer.

this protection plan is excellent ! from previous experience - with our defective tv which didn't function after the geek squad guys tried to repair it, we were offered replacement of the defective tv or store credit. we chose the store credit. we were able to buy a newer model of the tv (with additional cost, of course).

I had to use this with my last TV, so I will be purchasing these going forward when I buy a new TV

Can't go wrong with 5 year protection once 4 years is up in your TV or whatever electronic is outdated throw hammer through it and then boom you have yourself a newly replaced updated top A-line item that you don't even have to pay money for just get a new insurance

I liked the 50 inch display and audio quality. Got this one for $419 which wasn’t a good deal for Blackfriday. Kept looking and found similar Samsung 4K UHD with HDR 58 inch for $449 which was a great deal for Cyber Monday. I didn’t find much difference between 6 series and 7 series. So replaced this one with 58 inch 6 series which was a really great deal for me. I loved playing ps4 games in this bigger screen.

Geek Squad came in and took care of me by doing a Sony Triage. They submitted a claim on my behalf and were able to get me a replacement confirmation code to have my current TV exchanged.

Protection was good and never had any trouble with the Geek Squad. Products purchased have work so well I did not heed the extra service.

I have not used the Geek Squad yet but if I have any issues I would definitely use them.
