I love Geek Squad protection. One of the better coverage services. Just wish they had a longer period of coverage on certain items.

Very responsive and helpful! They made this unfortunate experience of my television going down a great, stress free experience.

I purchased the protection not actually thinking I'll ever use it, but when I had to use it I was pleased to see that it was worth the cost. My TV went down and after the Geek Squad came out I literally was given credit to get another TV, no questions asked.

Best Buy's Extended 5-year Plan for $179.99, is a bargain, compared to SONY manufacturers Extended 4-year Warranty (max.) -$178.99. And, after reading the fine print in comparison to the 'GEEK SQUAD", without a doubt, maximized service monetarily- BEST BUY was the way go (SONY offered same TV sale at the time).

I f I ever need t use the protection plan it’s nice to know it’s there and well worth the money. I’ve checked out what other plans offer and this goes beyond all of them and it’s nice to know they stand behind their products like they do.

Love purchasing this plans. You never know what can go qrong with an electronic devide. All thw representatives were kind a d help me through out my plan with Gsquad

Highly recommended if they cant fix it they'll credit you and you can get the same item or better! pay the difference stepup and dont forget to continue the plan its Elite definitely top notch protection you should not go without.....

I really don't have a basis to rate this yet as I haven't needed to use it and honestly hope I don't ever have to but am glad to have the protection if I need it.

Im really glad that geek squad is available. Now i know that if and when it is having trouble i will have coverage for it and the geek squad will help out!!

I bought the 5 year protection as a piece of mind after my last tv had issues right after the factory warranty expired.

The warranty was cheap and i hope i never need to b use but i have on another tv before and never had questions for complications dealing with the team.

i got a problem before with a tv, the send a technician, and they give me a gift card for the amount i paid, because the tv was not fixable, so next time i got the service again, so i dont loose my money

No issues yet. Great tv. Responsive, good colors, easy to use, and it sounds great! Very happy with purchase.

Worth every penny, when repair is not achievable, replacement is quick and easy. Purchase the 5 year plan, items replaced, home theater receiver, 55 inch tv and cd player all in the 5th year

LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD 5 YEAR PROTECTION BECAUSE I PURCHASED A STOVE THAT HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES AND WAS REIMBURSED FOR MY TROUBLE. NORMALLY DONT PURCHASE PROTECTION BUT GOT BURNED BEFORE ON A WASHING MACHINE THAT WENT OUT AFTER TWO YEARS

I have used Geek Squad protection for several years. I have always had a pleasant experience. The knowledge and professionalism is what keeps my satisfaction with Best Buy and the Geek Squad. Tv is a great replacement for our old one that broke. best buy protection makes us feel alot better about the purchase.

The Geek Squad service is always excellent, no complaints with them. The only part that sucks is how fast the protection plan deuterates. Used on a TV and within 4 months of purchase we lost a good chunk of the money when having to do a return. Not sure it is worth paying for, but was helpful.
