Worth it, no matter what product you purchase. Best buy is the only one who covers burn-in.

My samsung tu8000 stop working after two in a half years so happy i got this 5 year protection plan. Returned the broke tv and they let me pick out another tv of the same value.

We purchased a new Samsung television but wanted the extra protection beyond the manufacturer's warranty. The cost was a no brainer given the amount of things it covered. With options of three and five year coverage, we ultimately went with the five year. The cost difference was minimal making the five year the better deal.

Havent had to use it yet but have had a good experience with geek squad in the past.

The Geek Squad did a thorough job of analyzing my TV’s odd behavior and recommended a replacement TV. I called the next day and they set up an appointment for a home visit. They were on time and very knowledgeable.

Coverage for your TV is worth it. TVs don't last as long as they used to. Had a few TVs that quit working after a year. One year goes by fast and Geek Squad Protection replaced the TVs every time instead of having to spend hundreds on a new TV. Had some issues collecting on one TV but they eventually honored it.

Technology has become so sophisticated that it isn't easy to set up a new smart tv. There are so many options that I was not sure how they would affect my tv viewing preferences. We would buy this protection every time it is offered - BestBuy really honors their customers when a product fails and does not make it a big hassle to use it. We buy some products from BestBuy just because of this protection plan vs buying it from another box store or online retailer.

Oled is amazing! Owned for months and I don’t think I could go back to any other panel type. Great for all content, especially gaming!

The geek squad was on the phone trouble shooting what was wrong with our first TV. With his help he discovered that the first set had a problem with the picture elements.

I was standing over at the oled TV's and the guy who worked there asked me if I was thinking about buying one and I said yes! So he ask me to look at something he had on sale and it was a B7 55" lg oled tv! He showed me the price and my jaw dropped when I saw the price "699" and I said yes I will take it And I purchased this warranty and I am very happy with my purchase because this tv is great!

I used to work for Geek Squad for years and customers who bought it and would need us to repair or replace the TV were so happy they did. Customers who didn't were always made at us when their TV broke and either spent a lot of money fixing it or bought another TV.
