Purchasing a new Smart TV introduced me to the world of the Geek Squad! My first Geek rep set up my TV and explained all the info. It was as if the TV manual came to life. He was a professional and made sure we understood all of the details of the TV. He was a credit to Best Buy's reputation!

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.

I am usually a skeptic when it comes to the actual coverage on these warranties but I can say that geek squad definitely helped my with out a hassle. Tech came out assessed the issue and with in minute I had my replacement options . In store easy process for the new replacement. Get the warranty it works if needed

Its a basic protector but money well spent. Make sure you update your surge protection! We had an old protector that shorted out TWO tvs. We didnt know the first tv went out because of the old unit but we learned the hard way.

I would recommend getting the 5 warranty with any of the newer products over $200.00. The last 5 TVs purchased, had failures between the two and three-year mark. Since I purchased a 42 inch TV the GeekSquad came out to the house but wasn't able to repair it, so I exchanged it for a better one.

I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

Got to have protection on all of your products that you buy it's the best thing ever that Best Buy can offer

Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!

I like the tv. The only issue was the picture quality during football games. Did not realize it until football season started

The Geek Squad is the best! They are always helpful when I have a problem. I wouldn’t buy a product without getting their protection plan.

Consider the cost of the tv i bought and they guarantee it for 5 years. I see tvs all over on cl selling w bad pixels or a line. If this hapoens in 4 years from nowwell i call best buy and tgey bring me a samsung series 9 tv that has 3d to my house and haul off the bad one who wouldnt want their tech replaced with the new updated version?

Haven't had the need for this yet but 5 years is a long time. Seeing as how my LG CX had problems after 3 years, I'm hoping that my new LG C3 will perform better.

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

I always buy the Geek squad service with the hopes i never have to use it.
