After spending more than I care to admit on an OLED TV, having this peace of mind is what really drove me to pull the trigger. It's the most expensive for OLED protection, but covers burn in, unlike the other guys, so it's a good investment imo. Haven't used them yet but I'll report back if that time comes.

I have not yet made it valid, but to protect the equipment it was necessary to extend the warranty

5 years of service at great price. DON't need worry woorry if fail.

Haven't had to use it yet but it gives you piece of mind. I have used it on other purchases at Best Buy and they are great with it. It even covers dead pixels. The new TV's can go at any time and is good to know it is covered for five years.

I bought this to protect my OLED TV. Best Buy has the only warranty that protects against burn-in, which is the greatest problem with OLED TVs. This will give me piece of mind. Although, I would like to give this five stars just for the potential coverage, I will not know how good the coverage is until I need it. The coverage was expensive, so I can only give it four stars for now.

I bought a protection plan for a previous TV. When it started acting up, I called, they came, they replaced. It was awesome. No problems, no runaround. Got a credit for full purchase price as they were unable to fix and I got a new TV and another protection plan.

I Love Geek Squad protection plans. I buy it when ever I buy something from Best Buy. Last month I took in my TV because it was freezing & disconnecting, I had the protection plan & was able to get a new tv. Geek Squad agent was very nice & helpful. I highly recommend getting the Geek Squad Protection Plan!

Bought it opened box to save money as my old one went out works just like new I'm happy with it

Usually I will always add the geek squad warranty. It has paid off many times. Especially on my gaming keyboards and fitness watches.

For expensive items, such as TVs, computers, appliances, and electronics the extra cost for the protection is a must. The Best Buy warranty and service has been awesome in my personal experience. They either fix or replace your items plus help with product questions.

Always worth buying the extra protection. Our $1000 TV had some issues and Geek Squad was very responsive, techs were very nice. In the end, we needed a new TV and we were within the protection plan requirements so we had it replaced... with a NEW TV, none of this refurbished nonsense. Highly recommended.

i would not be without this protection had problem with tv geek squad could not fix due to parts no longer available gave me credit for replacement tv no hassle helpful agents at boardman store geek squad members were outstanding i plan on getting this protection for all future items purchased at best buys

This tv is one of the best TVs I have had since my Panasonic and pioneer elite plasma TVs. Picture is so clear and watching movies in 4K at night are amazing

TV has worked great. We set it up quickly on arrival day and have been using it with no problems since. We use it as a bedroom TV and volume is VERY loud only at 5-15 (there are little times we go over 15). Very satisfied with the TV, would definitely recommend it.

i got the 2 year standard greek squad protection plan for my 55 inc smart tv by mistake I meant to get the 5 year standard protection plan. Which I feel would be a good deal because I had another tv without the 5 year year plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it. Where now having the plan if anything goes wrong they will fix it.

As a former employee and someone who still shops at best buy a lot getting the protection plan is a no brainer for TVs and anything that has the "accidental handling" plan.

Haven’t needed the Geek Squad for this particular item as of yet because I’ve only had it for a month but in the past Geek Squad was worth it so I purchased it

A great product to have no matter what items you’re purchasing and make sure everything and please recommend to family and friends on their products when they purchase

A must add on with new equipment. Even if you don’t even use it, it’s worth it for the peace of mind.
