    Probably the best protection plan out here. Every chance I get I try to get one. Best plan I seen so far , I think if you are buying anything at Best Buy you have to get the plan

    You can not go wrong with the geek squad, they are knowledgeable and friendly. Strongly recommend getting a warrenty with them for every purchase.

    Love the extended warranty with Geek Squad my 4.5 year old TV just went out and they gave me credit for what I paid for the TV and I was able to purchase a better one for less

    I had Geek Squad protection years ago when I bought a few things from Best Buy so when I went to purchase some things recently I updated Buy Geek protection selection very happy with it I actually had to use it at least once or twice in the past when I had some problems with products that I bought from Best Buy and have a Geek Squad protection definitely save me a lot of money

    You hope you never have to use this protection because that means that something went wrong with your purchase. But if something dies go wrong it’s worth the price. The only downside it’s it’s dependent on availability. Meaning mu phone cracked and needed to be replaced. They were quick to write up giving me another one but they didn’t have it in stock. So, I had to go to another store to find it. Besides that it’s amazing.

    Geek Squad is great, making an appt is not easy and it was canceled twice, there is no way to just get a new appt time, also language barrier is a problem. But actual techs were prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, thanks to Paul and company!

From lightning and surge protection to everything that can go wrong with the quality piece of electronics Best Buy has the best warranty guarantee replacement you can get for the price.

    Geek Squad 5 year standard protection. lets me know that if something happens to my TV in the first 5 years. Including damage from lighting. I am covered. There Tech support and technicians are some of the best I ever come across. I would recommend a Geek Squad extended warranty to anyone who shops at Bets Buy.

    Its always a pain to return a tv through geek squad. From the initial call which you almost always have to wait 20 minutes . They always seem to have a real problem finding my service plan. I have multiple accounts and have bought many many tvs from them but they should be able to figure it out. I own sportsbars in FL and I only buy from Best Buy but they really needto figure this out because when i have a tv go down i want it back up and running as quick as possible but its always a hassle. At each of my clubs i have a back up ready to replace tvs that go down so my actual business is never really effected but we always regret having to call geek squad because we know its gonna be such a hassle and its gonna be a lot of time sitting on phone having to wait for a service guy to come out and tell us what we already know then take it to a store and replace. It would be nice if they brought a replacement tv with them when they come out. But instead u have to get a service order made then you got to call geek squad again and wait on line for 20 minutes. Then usually another 10 or 20 minutes to find the info from the multiple accounts. I have never had anyone help me combine all accounts into 1 account. It seems like that would make the most sense but instead i have to go through the same process every time. Its exausting. I love Best Buy but service plans are always a pain for me.

    I will not buy anything without this extended warranty because it is very convenient for me and the staff is very knowledgeable. Every time i ask a question i get a very knowledgeable response.

    I wouldn’t make a big purchase without buying the extended warranty. My high end laptop went bad and Best Buy reimbursed me with a gift card. Same thing with a sound bar that went bad. Also, I had a tv that went bad from Best Buy and thank goodness I had the extended warranty on it. They give you the current value of the product, not what you paid for it on a gift card. That is way better than being at a total loss.

    Geek Squad service and installation is the very best! They are committed and dedicated to providing quality installation and service. The personnel are very professional, arrived on time and even called when they were on their way. I can’t recommend Geek Squad highly enough!!!
