They came in and mounted my TV and did a real professionally asked me where I wanted it made sure the size and indications was all correct

First time I've purchased the extra protection plan. After speaking with the sales associate I agreed it was a good idea and had value.

I normally purchase warranties on all the products I buy, but never use them and the warranties then expire. My television had a screen issue, called geek squad, geek squad came to service my television, geek squad could not fix the problem, television was then exchanged using the warranty. Great warranty!

Our first large screen TV developed an issue after only 3 years. It had to be replaced. The last two years, we had multiple visits from Geek Squad trying to keep TV working. Finally bought a new one and bought this program because large screens not as reliable and require more maintenance....

I had a problem with my tv. A part was ordered by symptom over the phone. When I received the part a technician came out and installed the part. It did not repair the problem. The tv was actually replaced with a tv with a larger screen and better features than my set. I am completely satisfied.

I always purchase one of Best Buys extended warranties. They are always helpful on the phone when I need them. They are responsive and fast with service. My worry is always that a company is going to find some loophole to not honor an extended warrantly, but Best Buy always comes through.

This has so paid for itself over and over again. The service at Best Buy is fantastic. Can’t begin to name all of the associates that helped. Not one was anything but perfect

The Geek Squad are attentive and they know what they are doing. I always go to them when I have any trouble with my electronics.

Took out the 2 year protection because of past mistakes I did not purchase it and it resulted in the need to buy another 75" tv.

I haven't needed their services yet, but the warranty seems outstanding.

The agents were very professional , they were also very informative with any questions I had for them throughout the set up . The agents were also fast paced with the set up so that’s always a ten . Last but not least the insurance policy coverage is outstanding for a reasonable price

Normally I don't like protection or extended warranties plans. I figure if you buy good products if anything goes wrong it will happen doing the warranty period. But recently I had some bad experience and feel this is worth the money.

Mounting was already in place. This is a replacement television and a birthday present for my grandson.

5 years is unbelievable. That means I will still have a warranty when I get out of prison.
