    I love this service. It is a must have for peripherals that live around pets or kids. Best bang for your buck if you have headsets or mice dyeing every 18 months

    Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

    A necessary add on when buying the Insignia tv brand. My orevious Insignia, which I loved, died after 4 years. And I did not have the extended warranty.

    Usually never get the protection plan until my Samsung went out after 6 months. Reason we got a Sony and protection

    peace of mind on the things you spend a ton of money on, never be sorry you got it if it is a bigger ticket item, the support and expertise of the Geek Squad is fantastic, always helpful, even if I ask dumb questions, lol, they treat you with respect.

    First TV I purchased didn't work. Geek squad checked it real quick to verify the problem. Was quickly replaced by the technician.

    Protection Plan is a MUST!

    I purchased this protection plan to cover issues that may arise on my Samsung 4K Ultra Smart TV. It is expensive, but I believe it's worth it; this plan gives me 5 years of protection for my tv, which is necessary because the tv is also expensive. If my tv malfunctions, they have to fix it for free or replace the tv. This protection is a must-have!

    I've used this type of protection on products I've purchased in the past, and it was helpful to have it in place when needed. Fortunately, I have not used this very often, and I hope I do not need to for this most recent purchase. I'm giving it 5 stars based on ease of use for past products I've owned that needed replacement, repair, or a quick tweak at the store.

    Thankfully I haven't had to use this service as of yet, but there's nothing like that piece of mind should anything malfunction. I purchased this protection plan for a Smart TV purchase, and would recommend anyone making a high end purchase to get this protection plan. It only cost a few bucks extra and could really help should anything happen to your tech equipment.

    This plan is well worth the cost and convience. I purchased this plan with a new LCD TV. My old LCD TV was only 2 years old when the picture went out. All I had to do was bring the TV into Best Buy Geek Squad and they sent it out for repair. A few days later, I was issued credit in full for a new TV because it was to costly to repair. I used the credit twords a bigger and better TV.

    Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. It is wonderful when you need it. Never get the Geek Squad warranty on a cell phone if you have trouble they only do factory reset. Unless you break it. Everything else Geek Squad is the only way to go.
