Store manager didn't know how the warranty worked and the sales team was confused, but the phone customer support team was great and made sure I didn't waste my money. Best Buy needs to hire their team back in greater numbers to cut down the wait time, especially at the Geek Squad.

At first i pondered was this goin to be a good buy, for such a low price. After owning it for a few months i now realize that its wasnt just a good buy but a GREAT ONE

The Geek Squad from Best Buy is wonderful, this is my second warranty with Best Buy. The one I already purchased for my washing machine was well worth the purchase, the Geek Squad would send someone to the house to do the repairs free of charges

Service is always top notch here, They make sure im happy and understand everything before leaving and never rush me away

Even after I bought the item, I was still able to get this protection. No classes, gimmicks or haggling. Thanks Best Buy!

Don't give costly repairs a chance and buy this warranty to protect your product

I always add geek squad protection for everything I buy at Best Buy. The coverage is fantastic. Any issues, resolved right away. Damage to charging cords? Replaced no questions asked. Printer issues, refund or exchange for convenience. Questions a phone call away.

I have not had to actually take advantage of this service. But I hope to have no issues when the need arises. I read prior reviews before my purchase which stated they were given a hard time because they didn't have the original packaging. So because of that warning I have stored my packing away along with my original receipt. You can never be too careful....

Geeksquad has been a HUGE help with several items over the years. Ill honestly never buy a big ticket item with out their extra coverage. A+++ service!

The geek squad agents hung the TV to the existing mount showed us how of operate the tv and remote. They were quick and efficient.

The tv quality itself is great. The speaker is decent but i did pair it with a bose sound bar instead. Took a star off because the remote is cheaply made and has to be paired if you change the batteries.

I haven’t needed the service thankfully but I’m confident you’ll take great care of me.

They are number one excellent service I am so happy are used to be a merchandise with circuit city but I have to give credit best buys is one of the number one place of business and a long time five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Geek Squad ✌️
