Fortunately we didn’t have the need to use this but it is always good to have the protection because 9 times out of 10 when you don’t have any protection is when the issues happens.

Each and every time I have called the agents are professional and know what they are doing....from guest service to tech issues and I feel valued as a customer. I wholly recommend anyone with modern electronics in their homie to have this service. It has saved me much stress and money.

Geek squad has always been there for me with whatever technical problems I have whether with a tv, computer, or camera.

Price is very good for 5 years protection. Especially that they will come to your home to do any repairs if need it.

So we haven't had to use this yet thankfully but the peace of mind makes us very happy.

I would highly recommend getting addtl coverage when possible. Some rates should be lower or should come free fpr a year for certain products

Agents set the Tv up and showed me the operation. Agents were very polite and didn't leave any packaging behind for me to have to dispose of.

I used to avoid the Geek Squad or any insurance protection on devices but now since I have protected almost everything I buy now. It is safer to pay a few extra dollars then to pay a full price to have it fixed or be purchased again. I recommend this product with BestBuy!!

Don’t always purchase a Geek Squad Service however when you make an investment this large this give me peace on mind for 5 years.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

When I buy any electronics in Bes Buy I get a protection plan too. My experience with those protection plan is very good, fix the electronics or change it if can not be repair.

I like my laptop is fast and is great but I still got to work on it because I have forgotten my computer skills so I have to get back to it but it's very great I like it

It's good to have the protection plan in case something goes wrong with the tv. I like that geek squad will make house calls for any needed service unlike at other retailers where you would have to mail a large tv for service!

Always need protection for electronics so bought a 2 year plan .

Geek squad warranties always a good choice for me. I’ve purchased a warranty on almost everything electronic I buy and have only had to use it once. Excellent quality and service! Spend the extra money. It’s worth it because you never know.

I bought the extended warranty for our 65” TCL Google Q6 tv really cheap insurance if anything happens to our tv.
