I always always always get protection. I have a little one, plus pets, PLUS accidents are bound to happen more often when you DON’T have protection. So far Best Buy protection plans have helped tremendously, especially on my child’s tablet.

I feel very comfortable having this protection. I used it for a past item and my questions are always answered, and issues resolved!

Haven't had to use it yet but love the fact that If anything goes wrong they will come to me not the other way around

No-brainer. Purchased one on a 65" Samsung TV for the living room and it started having dead pixels and it was repaired and and looks as good as it did new. Hoping won't need this one on this new TV; but it is great having peace of mind.

Haven’t had to use but do know from past experiences that the geek squad is very good. Always helpful and will replace if item cannot be fixed. Option I would recommend on appliances, etc. depending on cost of item and geek squad price

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).

Purchased protection service for TCL TV, but (fortunately) haven't had to use it yet. The TV was a Black Friday sale, and the 5 year protection plan was affordable. Peace of mind in case I have any issues with the TV in the next 5 years.

Thought it a good value, won’t know more unless I need to use it!

Bought my first qd oled from Best Buy and wanted to have confidence about the tv. The 5 year warrabnty is a bargain for Oled tvs.

Only used them once but I had a good experience with them. Since then I always add them to big electronic purchases!

I rely on my protection plan like gold. The Geek Squad is always there when I need them.

I have not had to use the Geek Squad protection on this device, but I have needed it in the past for other products. And when you are having an electronics issue, the speed and capability with which the Squad fixes that issue is unparalleled imo.

Please get this. Expect the unexpected. Our old tv had dying pixel lines and we had no protection.

We have not had to use it yet but it is reasurring that we will have the service available to us in case we need to use them. It gives us the peace of mind that if we run into a problem with one of our devices that it is just a phone call away.
