I would recommend getting the geek squad warranty if you’re purchasing a computer for your son or daughter basically covers a new one if something happens to it if anything is spelled on it . it’s dropped or ran over by the car Lol

I've had the Geek Squad protection ever since I bought my last PC and keep renewing it when due. I don't use it very often but it has really paid off to have it when I did need it. They always have the answer!

This is another big advantage to have if anything happens to your product you can take it back,have it looked at with no problems. I enjoy using this it's extremely helpful but also protects the items you purchase.

for tv it was kind of brutal . The tv was broke the guy had to come out and change the main board in the tv before giving us a new tv. So this took almost 2 months. We did not have a tv for almost 2 months Every time they came they had to replace the same thing ... The tv was 500 dollars instead of replacing it they spent 3000 on 3 boards that did not work, whatever they had to pay the guys to come out and work every time for 2 hours, This was honestly ridiculous. Nothing made sense. luckily we finally got the replacement after the 3rd time and thats the only reason we get 1 more star.

I purchased this TV and when I got it home and set it up there was an issue with the picture. Called and representative told me to bring it back and the would exchange it. The next day I got a new TV and they even checked to make sure everything was okay with it before I left the store.

Originally bought the 2-year for my LG CX OLED, but came to the conclusion that the 5-year is a waaaay better deal and value! Especially if you buy an OLED, you’ll have some peace of mind if it ever gets burn-in.

Got the plan and used it on a computer that got damaged by water spill by my kid. They allow you to replace it or get money back.

Delivered my tv within the time frame promised and we’re very friendly.

Purchased for the double oven wall unit. Have not had to use it yet.

Best warranty for TV's (covers burn-in). Only downside is that the price of the warranty is based on the TV's purchase price. I was unable to get a price adjustment on the warranty, even after getting a price adjustment on the TV (TV went on sale during my return/exchange period)

The agents helped me exchange my broken Wireless earphones for new ones. Everything was taken care of right on the spot! Got my earphones in the mail 4 days after exchanging them! Great service like always. Thank you Geek Squad!

After finding a great deal on a new 3D TV, I wanted to make sure it would be in working condition for w long time. The terms of this protection were pretty favorable but with a steep pricey tag. Nevertheless we went ahead and purchased it. Looking forward to using our TV with no worries for the next 5 yrs!

Made the mistake of buying a TV and did not put the extended warranty insurance on it sure enough after two years later TV went out and and had to buy new one and this time I got the extended warranty on it just incase
