    The Geek Squad did a great job safely delivering, installing, and mounting my new LG UHD TV. The set up was fast and they even hauled away my old TV!

    I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

    These warranties have suited many times. I usually don't buy them outside of Best Buy because I know they are a rip off. Best Buy honors their warranties.

    so if u need to return your tv after 1 year and u have a 5 year warranty u loose 4 years of it because u have to buy a new warranty for the new tv they give u. my advise is to get a 2 year warranty and just renew it 3 months before just incase its breaks sooner than later
