    I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.

    Even though the pandemic was going on I made an appointment and had no problem. They gave me a tracking number so I could keep up with the progress and when time they let me know the final resolution.

    I had bought a tv for my in laws and it wasn’t their favorite. Things kept messing up and the tv died a few months before the service was up. They refunded the money on a gift card since they don’t carry that one anymore so I got them a nice one that they love.

    Usually don't purchase warranties, but wanted to get one for my OLED, to hedge against burn-in risk. Grateful that this warranty covers burn-in, as most don't. Worth the premium in price, in my opinion.
