Geek squad is the best product to buy when buying anything with best buy

geek squad protection plan for TV offers free repair at home, or free pickup and delivery to repair at their center. this is quite hassle free. They also offers only 3-5 dead pixels minimum needed instead 9 with samsung warrenty

This is not our 1st Geek Squad insurance. It has certainly been the thing to do. Happy to have this.

Yes!! great job. Came into my Home Theater room, looked it over with me and my Dream became a reality !!!!!!!

been almost a year so far with no issue, bought the protection plan just for back up, hopefully never need to use it.

The Geek Squad gentleman was very polite about why he could not fix my broken television.

They carried my giant tv up my awkward flight of stairs up to my apartment for me.

I never used to buy extended warranty services but I've purchased and had to use it and couldn't believe how good I was treated when I did go to use it.

Better to have it and not need it, then need it and not have it.

A 5 year warranty is essential for tv models above $400. 1 or 2 problems, it will pay for itself. Don't have to mail it to the company, just take it to the closest Best Buy or have them work on it at your home, for large screen models. Wish they would refund half the cost of the warranty if there were no problems.

Can't beat the fact that you get more years of buyer protection. Thanks, Bestbuy!!
