Excellent assistance from the first call to replace the previous equipment, very fast process.

They are always there available, helpful and informative on issues that arise. I am lucky that I haven't had to use them too often but they are good at what they do.

I have not had the necessity to use the coverage for any of the devices bought with the Geek Squad Protection.

I bought the warranty on my insignia tv I bought less than 2 years ago, thank goodness. There was definitely an array of issues surrounding getting my warranty service but it all worked out in the end. I have just bought another 5 year warranty on my new tv.

Geek squad mounted both my TVs quickly and they did a great job.

The two guys went above and beyond I had a TV upstairs I wanted to take it downstairs to the rec room and they did it with no issues and they happily did it and it was they did a great job and I really appreciate it both my wife and I are handicapped so with them doing that really made our life easier

Any time I have issues with any of my devices to do a warranty on them they always have it taken care of in a timely manor. Will continue to utilize this option with my future purchases

OLED televisions have gotten much better about image retention and burn in but it is still possible no matter what they tell you. Best buy service plan states in its coverage that it covers Burn in on OLED televisions and as far as I know nobody else does no matter what coverage they purchase. Televisions these days aren’t made to last no matter what brand you go with it and I’ve read tons of reviews of flagship TVs going dead with months of purchase and many just after the one year warranty expires. It cost a little extra but I feel better knowing I’m good for at least 5 years.

Great protection, but read the fine print, there is alot of ways they can get out of covering your items

Great TV. Purchased 2 year Protection Plan. Lightning strike damaged TV 2 months before expiration of Protection Plan. TV will be replaced under the Plan. GREAT DEAL!

I haven't use the geek squad recently but, in the past they never disappointed me and I'm sure they will not let me down if I needed them again.
