I'm sure this is a good value. I have the 5 yr protection. I have not needed to contact the Geek Squad as my tv has thankfully had no issues.

The mount was easy to mount and it has held the largest TV I ever owned. I thought mounting it would be hard but actually was very easy and the instruction were easy also.

I would get the Geek Squad protection on any high dollar appliance I purchased. It is well worth it and I recommend it to anyone who purchases high dollar items.

Amazing way to protect your investment for 5 years

I read the reviews for all the tvs I was contemplating to buy. This protection plan was heavily recommended. Didn't need to use it yet. Hope i don't have to use it..

Especially with kids and todays merchandise. I believe things are not built to last so an issue is sure to come up. Also, kids throwing things around can easily hit the tv and break it. This covers that and more.

Just got it so havent used it yet. But having extra protection after the dud vizios i had in the past it definitely is worth it.

We have always purchased Sony from Best Buy and our experience has always been great. Geek Squad warranty for a mounted tv is a must if you don't want the hassle of having to take your tv off the wall if you have issues. They come to you!!!

I've asked some of the dumbest questions and without laughing, I get the answers I need to use a computer. I rely on Geek Squad for all my computer needs and enjoy using mine.

This was for my 65” Sony Tv and was worth it since mine came with issues, just a tad pricey because of the amount the tv was determines the price of the protection plan

Purchased the additional protection since who wants to take the TV off the mount and bring to the store? Used it once before and ended up with a new TV of similar price.
