I haven’t had to make use of my Geek squad protection plan as of yet but based on the description of the plan, it seemed too good to pass up. Hopefully if I ever have any issues, bestbuy will honor this plan with little to no hesitation.

I always purchased 5 year extended warranty it’s worth it and it gives you peace of mind, had 3 TVs in the future with Horizontal lines and the replace it with a better tv cause the model I bought was no longer.

You can't not have a plan and this is a really long one to last through the years. Comes with the systems hardware malfunctioning on its own, but at 5 years, it's a necessary purchased for well cared for, and pricey, purchases.

I haven’t needed to use them yet, the advantage I see is they come do the work themselves. Not like other competitors that send another company out.

as always... Geek Squad is always very helpful. Just give them a call. I haven't had a problem at all with this TV i boight, just little questions here and here. But I know i am fully covered if something happens to it
