    I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

    Thankfully we haven’t had to use this yet. I do feel so much better knowing that if something goes wrong with our purchase- we will get the help we need.

    I have used Geek Squad in the past so I utilized them without hesitation. Their agents are knowledgeable, considerate and respectful. The are patient and explained everything to me in a clear fashion.

    I bought the Geek Squad service plan for my new Insignia 55" 4K Roku TV. Modern electronics don't seem to last as long as they used to (the TV that this one replaced was a Panasonic 32" that served me well for 15 years). Hope I won't have to use it, but I thought it was reasonable insurance.

    I haven't had to use the repair service, but I like having a little extra insurance while my TV is "new". In the past I had to have a TV replaced and was able to do so with this service. Highly recommend.

    One of the main reason I shop at Best Buy is because of their amazing warranty. I’ve had to use their warranty on a few occasions and it has always been hassle free.
