Had a product go bad in 6 months and the price of the item doubled. They did not pro-rate my credit and gave me minimal options but to upgrade to a way more expensive item, even though i wanted a direct replacement or next comparable item for my warranty.

I specifically bought the TV from Best Buy because of their local Geek Squad protection. The extended warranty was significantly cheaper than any online site I researched.
