Not much to say since just got it and nothing gone wrong yet, hope you don't need it but feel relief that do. Just reviewing for the gift card entry.

I was aware I had purchase this package. However, I will now be taking advantage of it.

hopefully i never have to use the warranty. Bought it for LG OLED CX 55" TV. My first OLED, B6P 55" had burn in right before 3 years. Amazon's crappy warranty would not do anything about it. LG ended up replacing the panel for free under the 3 year manufacture warranty. the CX model is 4 years newer and has better burn in retention prevention. If it burns in before 5 years, the warranty should cover fixing or replacement of the tv.

Geek squad arrived on time, did a wonderful install on our 65" screen, wall mounted, with sound bar, providing explainations as they proceeded.

They were easy to talk to about my first purchase and its problem

This is a little tricky and almost sneaky. If you buy some thing on the website, you have the option of adding a five-year geek squad plan. Nobody tells you that when you’re in the store and you buy a Samsung item. You are only allowed to get Samsung care as your warranty. It is one year less and $10 more. God help you if you try to cancel it and buy the other warranty. You will be on the phone for 13 hours like I was.

It is very practical and does not make any noise. It is an excellent purchase.

Our first TV has multiple programs; Best Buy told us we could return it and come in and choose a new TV. TV problems was NOT Best Buy fault. Just one of those Lemons you can get from time to time. They sent Jonathan to our Home from the Geek Squad. We were very satisfied with his Service. Very thorough in explaining operation of our new TV. Feeling confident with the operating of our TV was his Top Priority. (They also take back the other TV that had problems). Best Buy is the place to buy any Electronics because of their Sales People and the Geek Squad, they are all very well trained.

The agent, Dulani, was great. Came out pretty quickly, recognized the issue, and set the wheels in motion for a rapid resolution. Money well spent!

Guys we all know when purchasing items such as tv. It is no brainer "Purchase Protection" for your big ticket item. Few dollars more will add a sense of security and relief, if anything happens to your tv Geek Squad to the rescue!
