Worth getting, as it's reassuring to know that your product is in good hands

Hopefully won't need the warranty, but gives peace of mind with the purchase of a large TV.

I rarely have to use Geek Squad, but it’s always nice to have them available to protect a purchase!

Geek squad is the best. Always very helpful and friendly and eager to get the job done. Sometimes there is a bit of wait time but that is telling me they are busy because they know what they are doing and fix problems.

I allways get geek squad.very good .you thay can't fix you product you get a refund. Are the same product. No hassle.

Worth it. These TVs will die. Spend 80, and get a new one.

Great sound bar and is still work ! Bestbuy workers did fantastic helping me find the right one for my 75” Samsung tv!

I'm now retired from Best Buy after working in the Magnolia Department for 13 years, & I'm a "True Believer" in the Geek Squad In-Home Protection for 5 years, on my mom's TV. Her TV is on at least 12 hours a day, & has Roku built in application, & it's 4K ready, so her TV features will be utilized a lot. She's also, bed ridden & her new TCL is her entertainment. If this set should break down (Doesn't cover physical damage), then all I have to do is call 1-8000-GEEK-SQUAD, & they'll come out to service it or replace it !

It's an average protection plan and nothing else. Hopefully I'll never have to use. Bestbuy has lost touch with their loyal customer base in regards that they want to push That 179.99 a year Total Tech Plan every time you purchase an item and that's where you are automatically enrolled in a card blanche protection plan (FOR AS LONG AS YOU PAY 179.99 YEARLY)!!! Making the regular protection plan mediocre at best. A SCAM and a money grab if you ask me. especially when for as far as I can remember I've been an Elite Status member for spending a certain amount of money a year and now anyone can become an Elite Member for 49.99. Doesn't matter how much you spend in their store. SCAM!

More convenient one solution to get help when needed

Fast and easy. Bought with my other tv and was replaced fast no issues

You must have Protection; we never know if items will stop working shortly. Technology is improving; however they are not perfect.

Geek Squad Service is a most have with todays products. The peace of mind you get by knowing that for 5 years you have the protection of your investment by a solid group of professionals. I have made some services calls for some of the articles that I have purchased and have had issues and the service that I receive is 5 starts always.

I have always purchased Geek Squad protection on devices through all the years. The few times that I have had to use it was perfect.

The all around service i received was great! Best buy is not just a leader in electronics, but they lead in customer service as well.

The agents mounted my TV, it was done very efficiently and well placed. They were professional and answered all my questions. Even gave me a few suggestions, appreciate their time and tips.

I haven't had to use the protection plan yet because the TV is still new and working fine but I will say that previous experiences with other items were good experiences. So much that when I wanted "piece of mind" about the purchase of my new TV, The Geek Squad protection was clearly the best choice.
