I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

I love that I have the two year plan. When my tv went out. Best Buy gave me a brand new one. No cost to me.

Geek squad offers good service if you need protection and security for an electrical device its a must have

I bought the 5 year warranty on my TV. I’ve used the Greek squad in the pass and was pleased with their work but have had no problems with my TV

I talked with a Geek Squad expert for about 3 minutes, and they were able to take my symptoms and ascertain that the device was hosed, that it should be returned. That is a sign of a good expert, that they will make the right decision with authority when needed.

With today’s quality in electronics, you need an extended warranty plan. I’ve had to use it a while back on another product and the Geek Squad rep came to my house to address and repair the issue. It’s cheap insurance worth having.

Always recommend on electronics I.e. TVs you purchase the extended warranty. I had a tv that was four years old and started to have problems. Well the part that needed replacing they didn’t make any longer. Fortunately I had the extended warranty and got a new TV.

Best buy warranty are cost effective and straight forward. When purchasing an OLED tv, the warranty cover screen burn, which I consider essential coverage for an OLED tv

If you’re going to get something expensive buy the protection plan it’s worth it. You may never use it but then you never know what can happen. If lighting strikes and your tv is on and it blows something out you’ll know you’ll be covered.

I can feel safe with the coverage , I have now. Had a TV that seemed perfect in the beginning, however, I didn't notice the sluggish remote signal, after the 1 year warranty on $1300.00 worth, BB still swapped it out. Proud of the $169.00, I spent on protection.

5 year warranty for a very decent price. It's hard to review something I haven't use but it's an affordable insurance. Never used Geek Squad before. Didn't like Best buy's last insurance partner.

Haven’t needed to use this and hopefully won’t. But I wished I had it on my last television that went out after a year and a half. Could have saved hundreds of dollars.

I have used Geek Squad in the past while not actually paying for the service. They have always helped me and with today's technology, I decided I should pay for this service to have like you would with any insurance. I think if anything goes wrong with my t.v. I bought this for, it would be a necessity to have. Great customer service and well worth it.
