Your crazy if you spend money for a nice tv or other items and do not protect it! The Geek squad is the way to go!

a must have when you purchase a TV, this alone saved me thousands in the repolacement process. My TV started to have pixels go bad (white lines accorss the television) in the top right corner. I was able to have geek swuad take a look and they said its no good and issue me a credit for the TV through the insurance. Withour it i would have paid 3k plus tax, with this insurance i paid a third a got the new insurance...

Peace of mind insurance. I hope to never have to use it. If I do I hope they deliver as promised. Rating is based on future promises. Seemed realistically positive.

I called after my TV suddenly stopped working and the agent was very helpful and a replaced my TV within 3 days they came to my house picked up my old broken TV and installed my new TV all in all this was an excellent experience
