I purchased the 2 year protection plan for my 42inch Insignia fire tv. I really hope I dont have to use it, but it makes me feel better to have it.

The tv was easy and simple to setup. Picture quality is great.

Do not buy this service or at best buy, period. When you try to return your TV that had a display failure 30 days after purchase, they will send you home woth the non-functioning TV and tell you to call a 1800 # that is unable to schedule your "service" in the next 2 weeks. But you cant return it... good thing i paid for the exended warranty. You can only return a product to the store for 15 days after purchase. They would rather pay a Geek Squad to drive 1 hour plus roynd trip to try and repair a $250 tv rather than exchange it in store and send the tv(still under manufacturers warranty) to repair. Worst customer service I've had from any business in at least a decade. If i could give no starsor a negative star review I would.

One large purchase items it is a great idea for you to add geek squad protection. Best Buy does a great job in taking i on f it’s costumers. No muss no fuss.

Geek squad Plans are OK but kind of expensive and your refund will only be in Best Buy gift cards

I recommend to everybody whenever you have the option to get a warranty from Best Buy, get it because you can’t go wrong unless you don’t get it.

I think this is great protection!! I usually don’t buy extra protection, but this has such a low price for five extra years that I had to buy it!!

I encourage anyone who buys a tv to purchase the protection. If anything happens to your tv they will come to your home and fix it. If it can’t be fix they will get you another one.

The Geek Squad service is by far one of the best investments you can make for your technical computer needs. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Well worth the $$ spent.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Best Buy when it comes to the geek squad protection plans. I have purchased them for all my electronics and If a problem has ever arose it was taken care of quickly... just how it should be!
