    Helped us get a new TV even though this isn’t what was supposed to happen. Sales rep misinformed us. Thank goodness!

    Geek Squad always helps me! If you are just joining, you need understand that you have to make an appointment - in store and / or online. It is generally quick, but not instantaneous. I greatly appreciate their help with my technological problems. It is a great weight off of my shoulders to belong and not have to worry about how to get a repair done. Many times they can help remotely.

    My picture went out on my TV and the warranty covered a replacement TV. All done the same day. I received a larger television and cash because TV's cost less now.

    Nice picture and sound for the price can't be beat. Navigation can be a bit of a pain. Overall good buy!!!

    We recently upgraded our tech support but have used Geek Squad for years with great success. They have by chat, phone and in store walked me through issues, questions, information searches and purchases. Having that kind of support any time of day or night keeps all our techno gizmos running at home since I have limited knowledge. I have never had a technician seem impatient or rushed.

    Apparently, this is an excellent warranty according to all my answered questions about how the warrant works. All I have to do is call the Best Buy store if I need assistance with my TV. The TV stays at home, and I am glad about that since it is mounted on a wall. The technicians come my home if I ever need assistance. I feel really comfortable and happy that I bought a 5 year warranty.

    I would definitely not buy a TV today without an additional warranty. TV’s today have so many features and issues can arise. Having a warranty for five years at a lower price is a great value. If it can’t be fixed , you can get it replaced. With a warranty, you have a chance for repair or replacement. Saves u from buying another unit. Best deal around. Best Buy Geeks usually are great.

    I'm an electronic dummy. I'm still stuck in the 70's and 80's. Like an old Hippy. This Insignia Fire TV I purchased leaves me in Awe. I am so happy with it it works great

    Have used this service several times for my computers and have had great success in resolving my issues that I have had with them. Using the remote service was great as I did not have to take my lab top in and wait for days before getting it back as the problem was able to be resolved remotely. Service is well worth the cost if you only use it a couple times.

    I have purchased this protection for the last few years for my peace of mind. I've used them a few times, they installed my hardwired Ring doorbell, backyard Ring camera with the solar panel, over the range microwave, etc. All done well and professionally. Although I don't use them much, it's better to have them and not need them, than to need them and now have to pay out of pocket full charge.

    Comes in a box that is not properly reinforced

    The TV is put in a box without adequate protection. FedEx damaged the box and the TV inside. I called Best Buy and they gladly replaced the item. However, I had to return the broken one which I told them that I couldn’t do alone since I have back problems and live in a high floor in the middle of NYC. So Best Buy made arrangements for a UPS driver to come to my place and pick up the broken TV. A UPS driver came to pick up the TV and neither bought the labels nor scanned it so now I’m stuck with having to pay for garbage. It’s been 3 days and the UPS system now reads that there was an attempted delivery to bring the labels even though the TV was already picked up. Unbelievable!
