You gotta get the geek squad protection plan. They take care of any problems you may encounter and fast. I would never buy any electronics without a protection plan and this is a good one.

A must have when your spending lots of money on items, please protect yourself.

Luckily I had a protection plan on my old samsung TV, because when the sound went out, I was able to get it sent in to be fixed twice, but with no luck, and then got a free replacement; never had to spend a penny except on a new protection plan.

So far so good with not needing this, but I did buy the insurance…

Geek Squad Protection is a must, even if you have your own IT group... there is Power In Numbers! We've had excellent customer support and the Squad are very professional individuals.

Feels great having the insurance for 5 years with Best Buy.

Haven't used it yet, but reassuring that if the television breaks or anything happens to it, Geek Squad will take care of it. Main reason i purchased it was the reassurance and safety.

Absolutely alway's purchase Geek Squad support & extended support with all my technical devices , most manufacturer warranties fall short on/with technical support and Geek Squad alway's offer quality alternatives & recommendations .

I typically don’t do extended warranties or service plans but when it comes to a large purchase I tend to have a change of heart. Geek squad has all around been great to us and the peace of mind is worth the extra chunk of change!

Had an opportunity to use the Gerk Squad Protection. My TV had an intermittent problem. When the service guys came out to my home my TV was working fine. The technicians replace the defective part and I haven’t had a n issue since.

I'd never buy a TV without a geek squad protection. Dead Pixels are a small fraction of failures, but things like wear and tear and surge protection are always a factor. I've dealt with BBY on a previous failure and everything went smoothly.
