Bought the five year protection plan for a TV we purchased recently. I love the peace of mind that comes with being able to replace or repaid the TV in the event it stops working. Geek Squad has been very helpful and friendly so far.

This is a service that I have always subscribed to when purchasing a high value item at Best Buy. However I have only used this protection plan on my first TV I purchased at Best Buy. At that time it was of great value to me to have subscribed since I received all the attention and service required until I was satisfied with my product.

This is a protection plan. I have had excellent experience with geek squad changing components on my computer and using best buy warranties on my old smart watch so there shouldn't be an issue. But only time will tell.

We have purchased this warranty to cover the Samsung TV also bought from Best Buy. So far with any warranties we have purchased through them they have honored accordingly.
