The benefits of geek squad seem to pay off themselves with one call. Typically not a service plan purchaser. Find out all that Geek squad covers. Well worth the pennies!

Well worth the extra money to get a 5 year warranty. Service helped me when a backlight went out .replaced with a newer model

At first I didn't know if I wanted to take this deal. However if my tv happens to break or fall they will replace it the first two years and I am known for crazy things to happen.

Some agents are helpful some are just ignorant, i had to deal with few of them for my 1 transaction, over all was okay service.

Include the Geek Squad protection on all of our purchases. Best Buy is excellent in repairing or replacing defected items. What a guarantee!!

When buying a TV I always get the Geek Squad protection to replace the TV and insure that I get a better value in my purchase

I have not used geek squad care since 2013 however i hope it is worth it from what i remember.

I always get the longest warranty. I have used them several times and they have always given me brand new stuff.
