Thank God I had an extra $500. for insurance because my $3,000. dollar TV was broken and scratched with the leveler they were using, during the set up they pinched a cord or wire. Now I have to wait another month.

I figured the extra protection and coverage was worth the cost when I figured the benefits involved. Even a trip to the house is expensive, but covered with this service.

I get this protection for most items above 100 dollars and it delivers when things go horribly wrong.

Purchased the 5 year Geek Squad warranty after having a LG go out on me after 15 months (3 past the factory warranty) mother board would have cost me more than I paid for the tv. Although I hope I don't have to use this.

I haven't used it yet so I don't know yet. but i'm worried our Best Buy closed so I worry about when i need it.

Geek squard found the problem with my lap top, and best buy replaced it with no problems.

Geek squad protection plans takes all the worries out if something goes wrong with any of my purchases.

I purchased this protection with the above Samsung TV and wall mount. The previous TV had problems after purchased and was finally replaced with a new Samsung TV with the protections.

Glad i bought this bc when my husband opened his Xmas gift the bottom of the screen from the inside came damaged and a little disappointing when it was an expensive buy.

I took this warranty but havent had to use it yet bc installed the TV ourselves

I have not had to use Geek Squad for my product, but it is nice know that it is there if I need it!
