Its always a great idea to have insurance on all of your electronics. This is a great protection plan, it's pennies on the dollar but it covers repair or replacement cost which could save hundreds.

Great service. Peace of mind. It may sound expensive but the service is great. Once you take it after that you just need to call and everything is free.

I would highly recommend buying a protection plan for any large electronic purchased.

I almost always throw on a warranty because you just never know when it'll save you money in the long run.

The tv would not pick up off air channels. Exchange for another tv.

The agents fixed my computer and fixed it fast. Explained everything in plain English so I could understand it, not computer talk. And was safe about it

I'm sure this is a good value. I have the 5 yr protection. I have not needed to contact the Geek Squad as my tv has thankfully had no issues.

Make this purchase and get peace of mind. Geek squad never disappoints. Well worth it in the long run.

Had this for my old tv and after two years my tv started acting up and needed to be replaced. So I would definitely recommend getting this with your purchase.

picking up another x95j today as last 2 had problems, one had crack in screen and second had band down middle of screen, so picking another one up today, 2 year warranty is probably best to get although sam club and costo offer free 3 year warranty’s and 90 day return policy’s so i would like to see best buy’s policy’s on pair BUT only best buy will actually come to repair the tv in home, other stores ether ship it out for repair or replace entirely
