The Tv was changed when i returned it cos itwas damaged

Geek Squad is the best warranty program out there. They have come to my home twice when a big name device decided to go belly up and they replaced both times with no questions asked after analyzing the problems. I normally do not trust any extended warranty but GS is the glaring exception. I would always buy it.

Really a must have for any device that you have. Recommended.

I got this for my 50” flat screen. 1 year later I call them up and tell them somehow my screen is glitched on one side I sent pictures and they told me they couldn’t fix it. So they gave me a free TV. Smaller but it was an upgrade. My flat screen was just a regular tv ended up getting a Samsung 43”

Must have for electronics that get a lot of usage. Plus, I get this for anything I spend over $100 for as I don't like taking chances and wasting money for things that could possibly break. Now if it breaks after the warranty runs out then that's fine with me as I got my money's worth in my opinion.

Came check tv , seen problem replaced it quick , delevery guys were great they have, id recommend getting the geek squad warrenty well worth the money, these guys are great.

Haven't taken a warranty out in several years. Awesome to have just in case something goes wrong with new items.

Got this for piece of mind. Hope I don't ever have to use it but have it just incase. Why not when you spend almost $2k on a TV, you want that extra coverage

Geek squad did a great job in installing my wall mount and TV. I will always use them.

No electronic household device should be without geek squad protection!! The squad is well run, knowledgeable, responsive,courteous, clean. They take the responsibilities of their job seriously as well as client satisfaction!! We have been working with geek squad members since 2006 & highly recommended this technical service.

I am down for the Geek Squad. I did not hesitate to join the team. I love there name and have been motivated to purchase protection every time I see there brand.

I haven't gotten to use the extended warranty...so not sure yet. But... I had a 65" going bad. The manager said they would cover it, but the screen was cracked in a corner. I was ok with the crack, it didn't affect the TV and was there for over a year. The TV started going dark and 'glitching' non stop. I do not believe it was related to the crack at all, but the they would not touch it with any type of damage. So...I really didn't get to see how the warranty works, other than it doesn't cover damage. duh... Apparently there is no damage coverage available on larger TV's at all. Bummer...

The tv was wonderful while it lasted my home had electrical problems when we have high winds and it went out but the google tv was great and iam going to get another 1 when i can crisp and clear

Every warranty on anything that you buy from bestbuy it's really worth every penny!!!. Have always get it on every item that I've bought and it has become so useful, casue bestbuy always respects the warranty and exchanges anything that has problems for a new one without hesitation, I personally really recommend it!!!!!.
