Had to add the protection plan on my TV. There was no question or doubt about it

I purchased the insurance when i Purchased my daughter tv. Her tv inexplicably got a very thin green line on the screen. I called geek squad and set an appointment to take in the tv. They gave us a new. Painless and quick exchange.

I haven't taken advantage of the service yet but it is good to have the peace of mind.

Don’t risk it. When you buy a TV most of us expect to have them for multiple years because it’s an investment. Get the warranty and protect yourself for the future of your TV especially if you’re buying OLED because it covers Burn In.

The agents quickly and efficiently installed my new TV. Very professional and explained how everything worked. Setup universal remote and ensured everything worked correctly.

Tv failed after 4 years and the 5 year geek squad warranty refunded the full amount which helped me get a C3

Great warranty feature when something is not your fault. The only thing that does not cover is if its your fault such as dropping something or breaking it on purpose, but sure is helpful with laptops to avoid internal system breaks.

I operate vacation rentals so I buy a lot of stuff. I failed to get coverage on a Arlo Security Camera and it went defective in 9 months so still under warranty but dealing with Arlo has been MADDENING!!

Should have bought the 5 year warranty. TV took spike a couple months after warranty ran out.

I love the Geek squad. They are honest and let you know if they cannot fix your product.

I never purchase a television, or in that case, anything of worth without purchasing the Geek Squad Protection Plan. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that if anything were to happen to my television, Geek Squad has my back. They even offer free at-home diagnostics for televisions 55" or higher..
