I never usually get protection plans, but it was well worth it when some of my pixels went out. The process of replacing the TV was smooth, and technically was like getting an upgrade since a few years had passed.

I have not had to use them for this item but they have been great in the past with my computer

I was able to get my tv worked on quickly and effortlessly at my request. The moment they realized it couldn’t be fixed I was quickly given the option to replace my tv and buy another protection plan for the new one. Everything was in a timely fashion and made to be quick and painless

Not only do we all want warranty on our stuff but who better to take care of my electronics then Geek squad. I’ve never had an issue that they couldn’t solved and if it got to the point where it could not be solved it was replaced no questions asked
