Got for my TV and haven’t had to use it but it is nice to have peace of mind that if something goes wrong it will be covered

I luckily have not had to use this but I always purchase it for peace of mind and it works. Often they forget to ask me if I want to add the protection when that happens I ask them for it.

I love Best Buy. Yeah had good quantity fast and friendly service. Good price yes I haven’t been to Best Buy in a long time. I love the shop y’all have good quality good service and I’m so excited to be with y’all. I have a little experience shopping at Best Buy I love it I’m so excited I bought my TV at Best Buy and I love it and the TV does everything that’s why I love the shop yeah have good service.

The warranty saved me o this purchase and helped offset the cost of an upgrade later. 5 year warranty was money well spent.

It was a bit rough I was passed off a few times and given someone cell phone to contact for repair/replacement.

Greek squad warranty is a must of you but anything of high value!! Don't save money when it comes to this extra coverage!! You'll regret it if you don't.

This the best low budget tv you can find on the market. I definitely will want this tv in a bigger size one day.

I called the Geek Squad about a 5yr warrenty I purched when buying a new TV. Although I got transfered to several different people everyone was helpful and curtious leading to me getting the issue resolved. I recieved approvial for a new TV no cost to me. The BB team really went the EXTRA mile.

I always get protection on that items that I purchased because you never know what may happen.

Laborious process to get anything done. Takes a LONG time to have anyone come fix or check items.

I have not had to use this time I bought the protection. It does however give me piece of mind. Another time I bought this protection and did have to use it and it was easy to have them take care of everything.

I got burned (pun intended) with my Sony A1E OLED with a couple burn ins in just owning it for 2 and a half years and didn’t have coverage. Upgraded to the LG GX OLED for my new XBOX Series X console and couldn’t be happier. I now have peace of mind knowing Geek Squad will protect from burn ins. I have used Geek Squad in the past for a product and the service is the best. No haggle or hassle. If you purchase a OLED tv I would highly recommend purchasing from Best Buy along with the geek squad protection. I purchased the 5 year plan. The cost was fair.

Hopefully don't have to use but will be nice to have if I have any problems with my open box item.
