Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

I'm so happy I got the service plan for my new tv. It is nice not to have to worry about bringing the tv in to a Best Buy location if anything were to go wrong with it. It takes my worry away. I haven't had to use it yet and am crossing my fingers I won't need to. I consider it insurance.

WE LOVE our usual tech - all of them are great! They always make sure we understand what's wrong and what they're going to do to fix it.

When you dont have it, you will wish you did. My TV at just a little over 3 yrs went out. They tried to fix and couldn't, so i got a new TV. So glad i had it.

The Geek Squad has been there for every and any problem I have had with any purchase from Best Buy. It is easy to make an appointment with them and they always meet the scheduled time.

Far superior to Home Depot in ease of use and Customer Service. I've purchased 2 TV's, a sound bar, a Microwave Oven and a Dishwasher in the last 12 months and there Geek Squad response times are outstanding!

The geek squad service is a great way to ensure safety any and all purchases. We all know accidents can happen so why not be prepared when they do, well in you're in luck friend geek squads got you covered.

I bought this for an open box TV, but I have returned the TV and never used this.

It's good to have Geek Squad Service around just in case you may need them.

The only protection plan that covers Burn In!! Definitely worth it for peace of mind when purchasing an OLED TV!!
