The protection plan is a great choice when purchasing more expensive electronics. Can’t beat the ability to replace something you bought if it breaks without the hassle of manufacturers. The only negatice would be the price point.

I honestly can't write a review on this service yet because I haven't used it. Smh I'm hoping i won't have to. But always get insurance in your items.

Knowing the TV was going into a bedroom was bothering me so I decided to get the warranty as a precaution.

I always get this protection. Geek Squad stands by the protection service. My tv breaks down, I take it in and they stand by the protection. I watch a lot of tv, so I would never be without this protection.

I don't buy Geek Squad protection, but I guess if you did then it would be ok

Had a 2015 Samsung screen die a week before warranty was up(planned obsolescence?) and BB gave me full refund and honored warranty. It's also the ONLY warranty to cover the specific term "burn-in" for OLED. Great warranty!

Haven't had any issues with the television and mounted the television myself on existing wall mount. Haven't had to use the Geek Squad protection so no issues. Always have been satisfied with the service received from Best Buy.

I always get the warranty and it pays off. twice now I have had TV issues from TV's that I have bought from Best buy and both times due to the warranty I was able to return the TV and get money back towards a new TV. I highly recommend getting a warranty with any large electronic purchase.

I did an easy setup and enjoy the automatic features my old TV didn't have. Geek squad got me through the initial setup questions.

I hope I never have to use it but I am glad I am protected in the event the item breaks. TV's don't last as long as they used to! I strongly recommend a protection plan on an expensive TV!

The geek squad warranty is is great. But I am ok with never using it.

The cashier was lazy and use my coupon toward the warranty instead of TV. The company almost loss the sale until another representative saw how upset I was and corrected the order. I have used a prior warranty on another tv and their service was excellent.
