Haven’t used it yet but good to know I have it in my back pocket!

I am so glad I purchased the plan. At first I was not sure to get the plan but I am real grateful I did. I bought a brand new Tv and the main board was bad the geek squad tech ordered a replacement. If you have major money in electronics, you should have this.

Great TV for gaming and watching sports and movies.

I haven't had to use the protection plan but it gives me peace of mind knowing that my very expensive TV is covered for 5 years if anything go wrong.

Wanted a piece of mind. Bought 2 year protection plan just in case. Everything was explained to me. Felt like a good deal. If you are going to invest in a product, might as well protect it.

My tv stopped working and got a new one with no issues.

My son likes it. He wants a different one but I believe he is liking this 1 now.

My last TV burned out after 4 years and I didn't have any protection. This was a no-brainer to pay a few extra bucks a month to cover myself.

we haven't had to use this service as of yet however we feel confident knowing that we are protected by geek squad for the next 2 years. Having used this service in the past it was never anything short of great.

I was glad I paid for the extra protection cause Geek Squad definitely had my back when my TV went out.

Fortunately the BestBuy brand LCD TV did not need service during the 2 year period, but the price of the protection was reasonable and I don't feel as though I lost anything having paid for the extra protection plan.
