Last tv I purchased backlight went out call them up gave me gift card totaling the value of the broken tv from purchase day was able to get brand new tv and have few buck remaining on card.

Haven’t had to use and hope I don’t have to but great peace of mind knowing I have Geek Squad back up

We paid for their service only because we have bought so many products that we just wanted to make sure we were covered.

The Geek Squad assembled my tv stand and mounted my TV. They kept me informed on the time and date of the installation. They were professional and friendly. They did a GREAT job.

Have not needed to use them but I have seen their vehicles on the road a lot and ads.

Need if you are getting something electronic for a young one or and open box item.

I don't buy any electronics without this warranty and going with the 5 year usually takes care of any problems that usually pop up after the manufacturer warranty expires. One repair or replacement usually pays for the cost of this service.

Your agent was a very polite and knowledgeable young man. He had our new TV installed in no time. Any adjustments were made, remotes were set up and gave my husband excellent instructions.

These are always a good value for the money I believe. I always hope I don't have to use them, but its nice to know that there available. I only had to use one, but it was easy when I did.

There is no way that I would spend more than a few hundred dollars without protecting my investment and these guys are known to be the best

This is something I always buy with buying a TV just in case something happens to the TV

What can I say? Always purchase a Protection Plan when spending money on electronics that costs hundreds or thousands of dollars. You'll never know when a defect may unexpectedly happen.

Had tv since April 2024 and so far LOVE the tv !!!

So far so good on this TV but it has come in handy in the past. Had parts replaced for another TV and a HiSense TV replaced with a similar Samsung model because Hisense parts discontinued

Very useful guarantees and personnel too. The product never got damaged but they always answered my questions

I haven't used the 5 yr warranty and I hope I don't have to.
