I purchased the protection plan for my new TV. I used the old protection plan for the old TV. Best Buy gave me credit for the broken TV and I was able to purchased a new one.

Was skeptical at first. It's not a bad tv . I just wish that Sony made a fire stick version, Due to that being most of my electronics are Sony products

Haven't needed to use for my TV, but have had it for other items where I did and process was surprisingly easy. I always buy Best Buy's extended warranty on larger items for piece of mind.

I had purchased a 43 inch Samsung TV about two and a half years ago along with the protection plan. The TV stopped working properly, I contacted the Geek Squad no problem they gave a full refund for the TV.
